These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the gowind platform and its users. gowind (https://gowind.onl) is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions.

• Registering an account with a false age will result in permanent account termination.
• Any person found operating an account on behalf of a minor will be held personally responsible.

• Bets on matches suspended or cancelled by gowind will be refunded.
• Gowind reserves the right to void bets on any match where evidence of irregularity is found.

Odds on gowind are set entirely by automated systems in line with international standards. Manipulation of odds by any bettor or third party is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gowind and may result in permanent account termination.

• Multiple Accounts Operating or using a third-party account.
• Bots or Automated Software Betting using
• Money Laundering or using gowind for illegal fund transfers.
• Bonus Abuse – Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Odds Manipulation – Attempting to gain an unfair advantage for oneself.
• Hacking or cyberattacks – Unauthorized access to gowind's systems.
• Harassment of Other Users or leaking personal information.

You may close your gowind account at any time by emailing support@gowind.onl. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• If an account is closed at the user's request, any verified balance will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be subject to administrative charges.
• Responsible Gaming Self-exclusion is available through the relevant section.

Gowind strives to maintain the highest quality of service. However, gowind is not liable for the following.

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Services may be unavailable in the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions.

Gowind's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the principal amount of the relevant transaction.
